    2. <%=Session("Application")%> is a medium that provides a venue for athletes to be put into contact with people or businesses that advertise on their profile page. <%=Session("Application")%> does not take part in any agreements and advertising  arrangements between athletes and their advertisers, other than by providing our website as a venue for members. If members have advertisers on their profile page its due to the arrangement between the athlete or the athletes parent/s/guardian and the advertiser. We do not act as an agent for either party and do not participate in any transaction between you and the advertisers.
    3. By submitting advertisers to your profile page you agree you are responsible for your, or your minors, legal requirements of your country to receicve advertising commissions. Thats complying with your countries  legislation.
